The Ronald Williams Library is committed to making its resources available to all members of the NEIU community with equipment and services for people with disabilities.
Staff from the HELP Accessibility Center (ext. 5495) is available to read to patrons from library books or periodicals.

Library staff can help patrons at the Ronald Williams Library to search on the public terminals for books and articles, no appointment necessary.
However, if you require more than 15 minutes of help, please make an appointment with the Library by calling (773) 442-4496 or ext. 4496.
Staff from the 1st floor Circulation Desk will retrieve books from the shelves for patrons with disabilities. Likewise, staff from the 2nd floor Periodicals & Government Information Center desk will retrieve periodicals from a citation or printout.
Staff will copy library materials at the copy center on the Library's 2nd floor. The costs will be charged to your NEIU debit account. If staff is unavailable on the 2nd floor, please seek help from the Reference Desk on the 1st floor.
