Online Renewals
You may renew materials through Your Account. First-time users will need to register.
Requires your 14-digit Library Borrower ID—printed on your NEIU ID—and last name.
Phone Renewals
To renew by phone, call the Circulation Desk at (773) 442-4400 or ext. 4400 when the Library is open. Have your NEIU ID, which has your 14-digit Library Borrower ID printed on it.
In-Person Renewals
Visit the Circulation Desk on the 1st floor of the Ronald Williams Library to renew materials. You will need your NEIU ID, but you're not required to bring in the books for renewal.
Renewal Limits
Most NEIU materials can be renewed 4 times.
The following items may be renewed just once:
- teachers' resources
- audiovisual materials (DVDs, CDs, etc.)
- new books
Many books on loan from other libraries may be renewed as well. Check the information attached to the book or in your account. You can also check Your Account (for NEIU or I-Share materials) or your ILLiad Interlibrary Loan account.
